Refund & Exchange Policy

At Not Your Typical Jersey, we want you to be happy with your order. Please review the following policy before purchasing.

1. Printed & Customized Orders

Orders with custom names, numbers, or other personalized printing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has started.

The only exception is if the product arrives with a manufacturing or printing defect.

2. Non-Printed Orders

Non-printed items may be eligible for an exchange or refund if they meet our return requirements.

Items must be:

* Unworn and unused
* In their original condition
* Free from stains, damage, or alterations
* Returned with the original tags/packaging where applicable

3. Wrong Size

Please double-check your size before confirming your order.

We are not responsible for size mistakes made by the customer. For printed/customized orders, size changes, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted after production has started.

4. Defective Products

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing defect, please contact us as soon as possible and send clear photos/videos showing the issue.

If the defect is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include an exchange or refund.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For approved returns or exchanges, any additional shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the issue was caused by a defect or an error on our side.

 6. Order Confirmation

By confirming your order and paying the required shipping fee, you confirm that you have reviewed your:

* Size
* Color
* Print/customization details
* Delivery information

Please make sure all details are correct before confirming.
